How to Get Included:
BruinLife is committed to making sure everyone gets a chance to be a part of the tradition. We’re constantly looking for photos, interviews, and contributions from YOU — our fellow Bruins.
As of now, BruinLife Yearbook would like to include your organization in the 2011 – 2012 edition of BruinLife. Therefore, we would like to know when and where your group meeting is so one of our photographers can come take your yearbook photo.
If you want to have your group included in the 2011-2012 edition of BruinLife, we need you to contact us as soon tobruinlife.photo@media.ucla.edu so that your group can be pictured. We are trying our best to schedule the best time for next quarter. Alternatively, if you already have a current group photo from this year, you may submit the photo instead.
IN ORDER TO BE INCLUDED, WE MUST TAKE YOUR PICTURE OR RECEIVE YOUR SUBMITTED PHOTO BY FRIDAY, MARCH 2ND, 2012 at the latest.
Please choose one of the options below and respond to bruinlife.photo@media.ucla.edu to ensure your group is not left out!
1. Take the photo yourself.
Have a professional photo of your group or organization emailed to bruinlife.photo@media.ucla.edu with the subject line: “Photo Submission for [group name]” Please include your name, group name, list of clearly-labeled member names, and group description. Submitted photos must be in their original high-resolution digital format.
2. Request a photo to be taken.
Send an email to bruinlife.photo@media.ucla.edu with the subject line “Photo Request for [group name]” with a preferred time, date, and location you and your group are available for a photo-shoot. One of our photographers will contact you to confirm the appointment. Please note that our photographers will only be available for 15 minutes during the scheduled photo-shoot and cannot wait for late group members to arrive. Please be prompt!
